Filly Flair is an established and rapidly growing online women’s clothing boutique on the edge of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are looking to add a Marketing Inventory Assistant to our team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help create amazing content. The Marketing Inventory Assistant plays an essential role in keeping our marketing samples organized, prepared, and ready for photo shoots, live sales, and other marketing initiatives. Every day is different, and the ideal candidate is eager to jump in wherever needed while helping our marketing team operate efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming marketing inventory samples.
• Maintain an organized sample inventory, ensuring products are easy to locate and ready when needed.
• Accurately pull sample products for content creation, photo shoots, and live sales based on provided lists.
• Track and maintain sample locations within our inventory management system.
• Update product information for marketing sample pieces as needed.
• Steam and prepare clothing for photo shoots, videos, and other marketing content.
• Assist with photo shoots and other content creation projects when needed.
• Help keep the sample room, marketing spaces, and studio clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Assist with additional marketing projects and team needs as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working efficiently.
• Able to lift, move, and organize clothing and product samples throughout the day.
• Willingness to work a Monday - Friday schedule
• Willing to travel to the Crooks/Renner exit to work.
